Below are the steps to create Anti-aging Bone Marrow Broth:
  • Fill a large pot with purified or filtered water
  • Add grass fed soup bones or chicken bones (if you are using chicken bones, wrap them in cheesecloth so no small bones are left in the broth).
  • Add all kinds of vegetables, fresh or frozen (Spinach, carrots, kale, Brussel sprouts, beets, sweet potatoes, celery, etc).
  • Simmer for 3-4 hours. 
  • Remove all bones.

I make this healthy food in large quantities and freeze in smaller containers.  You can use as a base for your sauces, put on pasta with herbs and Parmesan cheese.  Or you can just drink the broth, which ever you prefer.
